Q: DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
A: Yes, we require a $250 non refundable retainer and the remaining is due in two other payments (the mid way point of the event and two weeks before the event).

Q: HOW DO I RESERVE A DATE?
A: Once you choose a date and package and we confirm availability we will email you the venue rental contract. All signatures and payments are collected electronically through the client portal.

Q:DO YOU ALLOW OUTSIDE CATERING?
A: Yes you are allowed to use your own caterer for the event.

Q: DO YOU OFFER TOURS OF THE SPACE?
A: Yes we offer tours during the week and by appointment. Remember to be deposit ready to get our on the spot discount!

Q: HOW MANY GUEST DOES YOUR VENUE ACCOMMODATE?
A: Guest count depends on your set up. We can comfortably fit 64-80 people depending on what tables we are using for the venue
Q: WHAT IS THE INCIDENTAL?DAMAGE FEE?
A: There is a $150 security deposit added to your invoice. After the event the venue will be inspected for any damages and cleanliness of the venue. The security deposit will be processed the following business day.
